Estimates and quotations
Instant estimates are indicative and non-binding. A written quotation identifies scope, specification, assumptions, exclusions, validity and payment arrangements. Complex or concealed conditions require survey and professional assessment.
Requests and appointments
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or confirm a visit. Appointment requests are confirmed separately. No card payments are collected through the website at this stage.
Project agreement
Cancellation rights, variations, deposits, timing and dispute arrangements must be set out in the project-specific agreement and reviewed for applicable consumer requirements before use. These website notes do not replace that agreement.
