Information you choose to provide
RenoWorks Hampshire uses the name, email address, telephone number, property details and project information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage agreed work. Marketing permission is separate and is not assumed from an enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiry and business records are stored using Supabase. Administration is restricted to authorised staff. Private customer documents are separated from public editorial images. Information may be shared with relevant service providers or specialist trades only where necessary for your request or agreed work.
Your choices
Contact hello@renoworkshampshire.co.uk to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Some business and accounting records may need to be retained for lawful purposes. You may also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Review before launch
This policy must be checked against the final business details, provider agreements and retention schedule before public launch. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
